These numbers raise a question: why is there so much demand for English language courses in the city? What this scenario has to say about the teaching of English in the public schools? What this seems to point is that public schools in Catalão, like at the national level, cannot meet the demand for skilled labor related to the field of English language. In an attempt to find solutions at the state level to the difficulty of the national public network to provide a quality education for English Language, the government of Goiás, which for more than a decade had failed to send the English language textbook for schools back to take such action since January 2012. But what is the impact of the (re) introduction of English language textbook on the teaching of this discipline in the public schools of Catalão? We believe that the teaching of English in Catalão public schools happens so disconnected from new technologies and other languages that suggests the textbook. Teachers, for the most part, do not implement these technologies into their teaching practices, making this education (in the eyes of a digital youth) distant from their reality, and the current proposal of the national curriculum. We aim thus to diagnose the impact of (re) introduction of English language textbook on the teaching of this subject in the third year of high school in Catalão public schools. During the research it was found the availability of educational technology in schools suggested by the textbook; we also investigate how the training of teachers is linked to the use of the English language textbook, and it was observed the placement of the student facing the discipline of English studies now with the textbook.Item Onde vivem os monstros: o espaço da alteridade na narrativa fantástica contemporânea(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-04-26) Carneiro, Fabianna Simão Bellizzi; Silva, Alexander Meireles da; http://buscatextual.cnpq.br/buscatextual/visualizacv.do?id=K4773667T8; Silva, Alexander Meireles da; Gama - Khalil, Marisa; Borges Filho, Oziris; Cardoso, João Batista; Soares, Leonardo FranciscoConsiderations on the space reserved in Science Fiction and Magic Realism to otherness and to those ones who do not follow specific behaviors and models ruled by institutions of power in contemporaneity. Searching through a literature review, following the trails of the maturation of Brazilian literature in Goiás basis on reference points as Teles (1983) and Jube (1978), they do a thorough literary and historiographical work on poetry in Goiás. The search also aims to associate the poetess to the tradition modernist poetic, by demonstrating in her work identification with the other, often placed in the margins and excluded from society, characteristics common in poets like Drummond and Flag. To this end, will be sought works as the ones from Yokozawa (2002) and Camargo (2004) pioneering analysis from the association of Cora Coralina to Modernism. Finally, it will seek the analysis of some poems that reveal the poetess' search for each other, showing their affliction, pain, and difficulty surviving in a society predominantly prejudiced, racist, sexist, so it will be brought to light as the characters prostitute, the washerwomen, the alleys and the boys hewers icons from the city of Goiás, but also with world characteristics in large urban centers. In this context will get several theoretical who enable such that approach, more specifically Auerbach (1946), Bhabha (2003), Britto (2006), Lima (2007) among others that by analyzing the location of other in the culture and society, point somehow for revealing obscure realities experienced in the outside world.Item Identidade e memória no imbricamento histórico-literário de Eleanor Marx, filha de Karl(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-06-17) Coelho, Lidiane Pereira; Cardoso, João Batista; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4983523723863605; Cardoso, João Batista; Almeida, Kênia Maria de; Borges, LucianaIn this research, we aim to analyze how literature, memory, identity and history are interwoven in Eleanor Marx, Karl´s daughter, the corpus of our research, and reflect on how was Eleanor Marx´s identity construction process, what is the importance of memory in this process and how is the relationship between history and literature in the narrative. From the general objective, we´ve established as specific objectives: i) to unravel the social place that the narrative occupies on the border of history/literature, and the ideological aspects that affect on the construction of the character´s identity; ii) to verify how occur the identity processes of the fictional character Eleanor in the corpus and its relationship with memory and psychological space; iii) to reflect on the historical and social time of Victorian Era and the representation of the female likeness and Eleanor´s role in this context; iv) to discuss how biography and fiction are interwoven in the narrative, constituting it as a biographical narrative; and v) to analyze the possible reasons that led the character to commit suicide. To achieve the specified objectives, we propose to answer the following questions: i)How is the constitution process of the character Eleanor Marx and her identity processes in the narrative, recognizing the memory as constitutive of these processes?; ii) How, on the border of history/literature, established by the narrative, builds up Eleanor´identity, in a context characterized by traditionalism and by the working class fight for the ideals?; iii) What is the social place the character takes up in this historic setting and what ideological and historical elements influence on their identity processes? Throughout the research, the concepts of identity, memory, history, literature and fiction were recurrent, and we consider that they are necessary for the analysis of the narrative and of the cutouts that guided the research. We understand, at the end of the study, that ideology was central in the construction of the character´s identity, whereas her reaction to the sociopolitical context, established by the inequality that marked that time, was part of the whole process of identity construction. Additionally, the romance presents a fictional narrative mixed by historical official facts and reveals Eleanor as a strong, educated and fighter woman, that also has a sensitive and needy of love and affection side. She is therefore, an incomplete subject, that feels weakened by a series of factors occurred in her life, as the disappointments with the divisions and ruptures of the socialist movement, the distance from friends and family, the death of her loved ones, the physical and emotional exhaustion of the last few months, the sleeplessness, the loneliness. Finally, we conclud that there was a conjuncture of factors that led the character Eleanor to commit suicide. Item Irmandades de pretos: edição e inventariação lexical em manuscritos goianos do século XVIII(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-07-17) Silva, Luana Duarte; Paula, Maria Helena de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6122217498972532; Silva, Maria Helena; Fachin, Phablo Roberto Marchis; Coelho, Braz JoséThis research is a philological and lexical, in that from the facsimile edition of the manuscripts of the books of Commitment of Black Fraternities "Arraỹal de Bomfim Comarca de Goỹaz”, current city Silvânia-GO, and of "São Joaquim de Cocal", which was on the border with Tocantins, perform editing semidiplomatic these documents under the apparatus of the standards suggested in Megale and Toledo Neto (2005). Then, from the perspective of lexical Biderman (1981, 1986, 2001), Vilela (1995), among others, inventoried the lexis that particularize these two black communities of the eighteenth century. Thus, the inventory was extended to nouns, adjectives, adjectival phrases, since the aim is not to investigate a whole class of words, but what the lexical unit can load direction regarding Brotherhoods. Then, based on considerations of field lexicon Coseriu (1977) and Geckeler (1976), we organized the data into lexical fields in order to relate them according to the composition of each section. In the analysis of the field, we understand how black associations were organized, what the purposes of its creation, as well as their relationship with the Church and the Crown, institutions that allow their creation, regulating them. Grounded the discussions about the history and culture expressed in the lexical items of Black Fraternities of Goiás, authors such as Russell-Wood (2005), Loyola (2009), Borges (2005), among others, in addition to the dictionaries of the time as Bluteau (1712-1728) Moraes and Silva (1813). This support aimed to clarify the lexis typical of their context of use and of that time, who currently may have won an extension of meaning, or fallen into disuse.Item Do jovem para o jovem: discurso e sujeito na Pastoral da Juventude do Brasil(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-07-24) Santos, Edilair José dos Santos; Fernandes Júnior, Antônio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3938086418078218; Fernandes Júnior, Antônio; Stafuzza, Grenissa Bonvino; Sousa, Kátia Menezes deThis study aims to analyze the construction of the discourse of PJB the bias of Discourse Analysis of french line, to evaluate the formation of the discourse of youth ministry in the 1980s and early twenty-first century. It composes the corpus of this study two documents that list guidelines for the evangelization of Catholic youth in Brazilian historical periods indicated: the first is the document collection 44 studies (green collection) of the National Conference of Bishops of Brazil, published in 1986, and the second document to be parsed is the document 85 of documents collection (blue collection) CNBB, published in 2007, on the occasion of the V Latin American Episcopal Conference in Aparecida (SP). This research supports in statements collected in the corpus from which we glimpse to analyze the words that cross political religious discourse of the Document 44 (1986) and the predominance of statements related to the sayings of the Pentecostal religious discourse in document 85 (2007). In our analyzes, we understand the statement as something that goes beyond the purely grammatical dimension and / or linguistic document or a text, something actually produced in its condition of enunciative function, which implies a subject, a support, a date and a place, even marking its condition, as Foucault explains in the Archeology of Knowledge. We take the statement as a methodological category that assisted us in reading the above documents, enabling us to realize the youth ministry documents the crossing of religious discourse with history and social issues. Moreover, we observe in the corpus objectification / subjectification of the young built by discursive practice of youth ministry at these periods to ratify the constitution of the subject indicated in the guidelines established by the documents, given that the processes of subjectivation are ways of life through which individuals constitute subjects. As our analytical approach focuses on analysis of documents, should be noted that the process of subjectivity to which we refer will be taken as an indication or guideline outlined in the documents, in other words, the movement of objectivity / subjectivity will be taken as guidance for the youth who join or constitute themselves as subjects of this religious institution. In the Youth Ministry, they build a youth identity, because when joining this institution, and becomes a subject, the young takes an identity that is (re) defined by the teachings of Youth Ministry. Therefore, we propose to analyze the construction of desired identity that comes from subjective processes by which individuals-young will.Item Um olhar discursivo sobre a fluência em língua inglesa(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-07-25) Vieira, Evelyn Cristine; Stafuzza, Grenissa Bonvino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0086982782870395; Stafuzza, Grenissa Bonvino; Ribeiro, Erislane Rodrigues; Guilherme, Maria de Fátima FonsecaThis dissertation aimed at investigating how teachers and students from language schools enunciate about fluency related to the teaching and learning process of English language as a foreign language (FL). For this, we used an interface between Applied Linguistics (AL), Dialogical Discourse Analysis (DDA) and French Discourse Analysis (DA) in order to substantiate theoretically our research. In AL area, we discussed the concepts of foreign language, fluency, methodologies and teaching approaches traditionally used. In the scope of DDA, we aimed at verifying, mainly, the dialogical relations which are established in the sequences collected in our research, once we understand that each sequence is a connection in a bigger chain of sequences, in which dialogical relations happen, according to Mikhail Bakhtin and other scholars of Bakhtin Circle. In DA area, we reflected upon the notions of discourse, subject, effects of sense and imaginary formations based on the studies of Michel Pêcheux, and also Michel Foucault with the concepts of knowledge and power. Our path for this research was theoretical investigation, about the authors who compose the interface suggested here, use of AREDA (SERRANI-INFANTE, 1998) as a methodological tool for data collection, transcription of the data and data analysis. It is important to state that people who took part in our research were teachers and students involved in the English language teaching and learning process, as a foreign language, from language schools which use the communicative approach. This particularity of the research allowed us to see, based on the collected corpus, the discursive inscriptions which the subjects do when they enunciate about fluency. It means the subjects, when enunciating about fluency, inscribe themselves in the illusion of completeness, inscription of knowledge-power, inscription in know-how (knowledge and practice). In this way, we present how teachers and students subscribe themselves in grammar, vocabulary, possibility of mastery in a foreign language, the native speaker image or academic and professional status desired by the English language knowledge, and others. It was possible to verify, from this research, that fluency in English language, as a desired object, is represented exclusively related to speaking skill. Thus, there is a discourse, legitimized by language schools, according to which “knowing a foreign language means speaking this language”. From these discourses, others are produced regarding what teaching, learning and knowing the English language represent, and other senses emerge about fluency.Item O sujeito professor no discurso de autoajuda(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-07-26) Silva, Samuel Cavalcante da; Stafuzza, Grenissa bonvino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0086982782870395; Stafuzza, Grenissa Bonvino; Góis, Marcos Lúcio de Sousa; Fernandes Júnior, AntônioThis research aims to analyze the discursive effects of identity processes, observed in Brilliant parents, fascinating teachers, from Augusto Cury, one of the representative authors of selfhelp literature in Brazil. We used as theoretical and methodological devices French Discourse Analysis postulates, from Michel Pecheux´s and Michel Foucault´s contributions. Specifically we focus in this research, the notions of speech, subject and production conditions from Pêcheux and of subject/power, power/knowledge, ways of subjectivity and disciplinary practices from Michel Foucault. As a methodological approach we propose the description of statements based on the proposal for the development of Foucault's archaeological method. With the theoretical-methodological support we´ve analyzed the book in order to identify the identity processes proposal of the teacher subject. We observed a discourse that takes place in certain production conditions. The enunciator subject determines the places occupied in the process of dialogue which are: the place of an enunciator who holds a scientific knowledgepsychological, that aims, through a disciplinary and pastoral power, to establish truth regimes on the subject/reader/teacher, and the reader subject, a place determined by the enunciator, as the subject of the lack, one that is lost and need guidance to act promptly in your profession. It is proposed to the teachers subjects certain disciplines that constitute ways of subjectivity, which aims to get the discursive subject in a discursive mash, in order to make it docile and useful. For this, the enunciator establishes interdiscursive relationships with the following discourses: scientific, religious, and with official discourses on education as Parameters National Curriculum (PNC), this interdiscursivity shown produce senses since an identification with what is being said as true until the intimidation, punishment for mistakes. We´ve noted that the proposal of constitution of the teacher subject in this self-help discursivity is of an individual, homogenized subject, that will revolutionize education, a kind of sweet superhero. It is a discoursivity which imposes certain disciplines and does not respect the singularities.Item A representação do léxico rural em Ermos e gerais de Bernardo Élis(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-07-31) Pimenta, Ana Paula Corrêa; Coelho, Braz José; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3304391057611504; Coelho, Braz José; Alves, Gisele; Paula, Maria Helena deThis research studies the lexicon of rural work Ermos e Gerais Bernardo Élis, a storybook regionalist published in 1944 by the Exchange Publications "Hugo de Carvalho Ramos". The aim of this study is to prepare a glossary with an arrangement of items sufficiently comprehensive as regards the representation of the lexicon of rural work in question. As such, there is an analysis of lexis present in each tale through consultations Dicionário Aurélio da Língua Portuguesa (2010) and Dicionário do Brasil Central – subsídios à Filologia of Bariani Ortêncio (2009) and also by the context of utterance, checking which lexical units are configured as rural. Apply appropriately tales Bernardo Élis as corpus analysis because the lexical items representing the rural dialect are recurrent, since the author tried to fix on the literary the physical and human geography of their home state - Goiás, demonstrating the historical, political, socio-cultural and especially linguistic. After analyzing the data it was found a significant number of rural lexis, which shows that the lexical repertoire of the corpus is seated in the interests of research. The results of this study emphasize the importance of the lexicon in the history and culture of a people, and especially the importance of linguistic variety in rural history of the Portuguese language in Goiás. Item Alocação dinâmica de recursos em redes OFDM multiusuários baseada em banda efetiva(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2013-12-19) Gonçalves, Bruno Henrique Pereira; Vieira, Flávio Henrique Teles; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0920629723928382; Vieira, Flávio Henrique Teles; Cardoso, Kléber Vieira; Lemos, Rodrigo PintoThis paper proposes adaptive resource allocation in multiuser wireless networks based on OFDM. Two allocation schemes are proposed: for TDMA networks and LTE networks. The resource allocation schemes that provide QoS are developed from the union of OFDM wireless networks, the proposal of adaptive modeling of traffic flows and the proposal of adaptive estimation of effective bandwidth. The performances of the proposed schemes are verified through simulation. Concepts and studies on traffic modeling, multifractal traffic modeling, theory of effective bandwidth, OFDM, are addressed in order to support the understanding and development of the proposed schemes. An algorithm for adaptive parameter estimation of the multifractal model bMWM is proposed, and studies to estimate the effective bandwidth are presented. Some methods of estimating effective bandwidth are proposed using traffic flow models.Item Onde o bicho-papão se esconde: o medo dos animais na literatura fantástica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-15) Oliveira, Bruno Silva de; Silva, Alexander Meireles da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8325920517508979; Silva, Alexander Meireles da; Borges Filho, Ozíris; Gama-Khalil, Marisa MartinsIntrinsic to every human feeling, fear is an emotion that promotes the maintenance of life and the consolidation of society. Man has no control over that feeling because he does not choose to fear, and nor when. But overnight, the atavistic agents have their phobic amplified area, the lack of light decreases the production of inhibitors of the imagination, making the man is confused more easily, projecting murderers, thieves, demons, beasts and other creatures that vision attempt on the life of man in all poorly lit corners. Fear is a feeling that can be described as amorphous and polymorph, since it has no single and definitive form, but variant forms that change constantly due to various cultural factors. While thematic, fear generates a fascination in Film and Literature, mainly Fantastic. In the eyes of theorists like Roas (2001, 2012) and Lovecraft (2007), fear is a basic feeling constitution of the mode Fantastic; already Todorov (2008) agrees with the importance of that feeling, but do not see it as a fundamental element for mode. Discussion this part, this dissertation aims to discuss the constitution of the fear of cat, dog and raven, polysemic animals that are coated with negative meanings in some cultures, hillsides Gothic Literature and Magic Realism of the Fantastic Literature from space, while diegetic element. List themselves as corpora analysis tales "O gato preto" by Edgar Allan Poe, "O preço" by Neil Gaiman, "A república dos corvos" by José Cardoso Pires, the poem "O corvo" by Edgar Allan Poe, the novel O cão de Baskerville, by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and the cordel "O cachorro dos mortos" of Leandro Gomes de Barros. To this this research will be divided into three parts: one to discuss Literature - Culture - Imaginary; another to conceptualizer Fantastic Literature and its two components, relate the same with space and fear, and finally analyze how is the construction of fear around animals in the selected corpora. Aiming to prove that the fear of the animal suffers a clear influence of the space at night .Item As grimpas lexicais e seus diamantes linguísticos: o vocabulário do garimpo de diamantes no município de Três Ranchos-Goiás (1944-1981)(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-20) Jeronimo, Gabriela Guimarães; Paula, Maria Helena de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6122217498972532; Paula, Maria Helena de; Siqueira, Kênia Mara de Freitas; Xavier, Vanessa Regina DuarteThis study investigated the lexicon used in mining, having as research field the city of Três Ranchos – Goiás, where the activity had its peak between 1944 and 1981. Regarding the subjects of our research, thirteen people where interviewed, from which ten are former miners, one a miner‘s wife, a provider and a dweller who lived directly with miners in their childhood, all of them aging about sixty-eight years old, except the latter, who is forty-eight. The choice for the mining vocabulary comes from the fact that the mining practice served as a great contribution for the process of formation of the city early in the twentieth century, because the miners were concentrated nearby Parnaíba River that crossed the city. Handcrafted mining is the activity from which most of the dwellers used to take their livelihood, which resulted in the settlement of the town, mainly after the intersection of the railroad, because after it the miners came even from the states of Mato Grosso and Bahia. Regarding the corpus, it was constituted through the lexical items which selection was performed from the transcribed interviews and that, after the consultation in dictionaries, like Houaiss and Villar (2009), Bluteau (1712-1728), Carvalo (1916) and Nascentes (1966), we made sure of the specificity of the vocabulary. At last, we made the analysis of these items based on the discussion about the relation between lexicon and culture, as well as those which regard the aspects concerning the motivation of the linguistic sign. Regarding the analysis method and the semantic description of the lexical units we used the theory of the lexical fields developed by Eugenio Coseriu (1977) and Horst Geckeler (1976). Thus, we believe that we contributed both for the studies carried in the Lexicology area, and for the historiography of the mentioned city.Item Arquitetura de ruínas: delírio e devaneio na construção do espaço trágico em lavoura arcaica(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-21) Gonçalves, Fábio Tibúrcio; Cavalcante, Maria Imaculada; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9759913282292402; Cavalcante, Maria Imaculada; Borges, Luciana; Santos, Regma Maria dosThis work lends itself to joint analysis of two corpora: the novel “Lavoura Arcaica” writer Raduan Nassar, and his eponymous film, produced by Director Luiz Fernando Carvalho. The analysis of the book it is guided in the study of space, according to the postulates of the “Poetics of space”, the philosopher and theorist of imagination Gaston Bachelard, with emphasis on the concepts of topophilia and topophobia and of his work. Still based in phenomenology bachelardian, now under the foundations of the “Poetics of Reverie”, emphasis will be given to the Word as one of the veins of the narrative, conductors the book reveals the tone of poetic speech, as the hits of reverie or loathing of the protagonist. Under another view, memory and identity, join the rave and daydream for together, appear as constituent elements of the stream of consciousness that pervades the whole plot. With regard to the analysis of the film Lavoura Arcaica, cinematic space emerges as filmic diegetic element to be analyzed under the focus of the studies undertaken by narratologics André Gaudreault and François Jost. The aim is to understanding how film sensitive construction occurs in the cinematic image. Synesthesia and influences of the Expressionist movement are portrayed as structural elements and stylistic in some scenes. The space as emotional and memory synesthetic reconstruction, justifying distortions, unfocused and deletions of/on the image to transmit all existential crisis experienced by the protagonist of the story, tragic narrative that make both the novel and the film true masterpieces national literature and Cinema.Item A multiplicidade de vozes discursivas em a Força do destino, de Nélida Piñon(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-28) Rodovalho, Ana Marta Ribeiro Borges; Fernandes Júnior, Antônio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3938086418078218; Fernandes Júnior, Antônio; Ribeiro, Erislane Rodrigues; Marisa Martins, Gama-KahlilTo undertake an analytical work of a literary text through the prism of Discourse Analysis (AD) is a complex task, because it starts from a conception of language as an area where discourses are materialized, which are mobilized under the effect of opacity in a field of movement and displacement of directions. The complexity of this kind of work is due to the fact that such responses require considering the process of constituting the subject through discourse in its relation to the history, the conditions under which the discourse was forged, and also consider the social function and specificity of the aesthetic object. In this context, it is up to analyst to observe, to understand and to interpret linguistic and aesthetic aspects, taking into account, mainly, that such aspects are articulated to the socio-historical and cultural-ideological elements, put into play in the work. Should keep in mind, though, that the literary text, as another texts, imposes questions that need resolution. In the production of the effects of meaning in the text, these questions dialogue with exteriority and require answers to several questions such as: who sets out the work, about who or what, when, for whom, why and how sets out. From this position, this research proposes a reading of the novel A Força do Destino (AFD), by Nelida Piñon, under French AD, in interface with the dialogical-polyphonic studies of Bakhtin. The work taken as a corpus of this study is a metafictional narrative in which, through the parody, the narrator dialogues with the characters and the reader, updating, thus, the plot of the Italian opera La Fuerza del Destino, by G. Verdi. To scrutinize the effects of meaning produced in the discursive game established in the narrative, we affiliated, methodologically, with Foucault's studies on the discursive subject, considering that the relations between the subjects shown in the materiality are crossed by knowledge and power. In addition, we also use as a method, the notions of dialogism and polyphony, considering the (in) tense dialogue between discursive voices which is materialized in the work. Based on this methodology, we aimed to understand how subjects are organized to enunciate in AFD, from a dispersed and discontinuous dialogue, provocateur effects. And, to clarify how the multiplicity of voices in dialogue discursive materiality destabilizes the concept of author in postmodern narrative.Item O Discurso trágico na moda de viola(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-28) Alves, Aldenir Chagas; Stafuzza , Grenissa Bonvino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0086982782870395This research that resulted in a master's degree dissertation, with the title "The tragic speech in the “moda de viola"”, aims at treating about the reasons why a certain type of speech is present in the “moda de viola”. With a narrative format based in oral reports, the lyrics of “moda de viola” were, for decades in the XX century, a means of transmission of the sayings, of the already said and of the speeches that circulate daily in the flash-existence of a certain social group: either stated for a public belonging to the rural space, or stated for a public belonging to the urban space. An outstanding factor, but not configured as a rule, is the presence of tragedy in a lot of compositions of that musical style. Under that perspective of regularity, it is possible to notice that the tragic speech, stated in the songs of “moda de viola”, brings a subject configuration that is also constituted by interspeech, once the speech doesn't exist without subject. Starting from that outline, we propose the fundaments of the speech notions proposed by Foucault and Pêcheux to subsidize the subject stated in the tragic speech. To understand the peculiarity of some songs of “moda de viola” that present a narration with tragic ending, it is indispensable to observe some conceptions concerning the tragic, mainly considering the postulates of the modern reflections about the tragic that comes starting from Shelling until Nietzsche that represents the apex of that path of philosophical approach with the Dionysian vision of the world, identifiable in the lyrics that are constituted of tragic speech.Item Diálogo e interdiscurso na literatura de autoajuda(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-29) Ribeiro, Lady Daiane Martins; Stafuzza, Grenissa Bonvino; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0086982782870395; Stafuzza, Grenissa Bonvino; Ribeiro, Erislane Rodrigues; Santos, João Bôsco Cabral dosThe research "Dialogue and interdiscourse in self-help literature" aims at analyzing the interdiscursive and dialogical construction work on the book Você é insubstituível, written by Augusto Cury. The theoretical reflection is inscribed on the assumptions of discourse analysis from Michel Pêcheux ( 1997, 2002 , 2007, 2009 , 2011), focusing on the notions of subject and interdiscourse, also in dialogue with the philosophy of language from the Bakhtin Circle (1981, 2001, 2006 , 2011) on the theory of dialogism and the notion of subject. Pêcheux (2009), in dialogue with Foucault's theory, notes that the ideological formulations comprise the discursive formations (FD), thus resulting in the combination of different discourses, to what in Discourse Analysis, we call interdiscourse. These discourses that permeate the speech utterances are seized by linguistic materiality of events that are marked on the history and ideologies that transform and change in given language situations. In view of the Bakhtin Circle, discourse is not conceived as individual speech, but as significant instance in which other discourses - conveyed socio- historically and taking place in and by the interactions between subjects - intertwine and cross each other. In the analysis of discursive sequences, we found that the enunciator subject of self-help discourse who is presented on the book Você é insubstituível, appropriates various socially legitimated discourses as a way to validate his own speech. We focused our reflection on the analysis of capitalist, religious and scientific discourses once they are founder discourses that constitute the self-help discourse. Therefore, we seek from the corpus analysis identify interdiscursivity (other discourses) as well as the dialogues (the interaction between different words) in the book Você é insubstituível, as well as to analyze the production of meaning in the confrontation between the capitalist, religious and scientific discursivities in the constitution of self-help discourse.Item Linguagem e memória em Fahrenheit 451 e 1984(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-30) Oliveira, Terezinha de Assis; Silva, Alexander Meireles da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8325920517508979; Silva, Alexander Meireles da; Fernandes Júnior, Antônio; Martins, Maria CristinaThis research aims to analyze the literary dystopians 1984, written by George Orwell and Fahrenheit 451 written by Ray Bradbury observing how these authors presented their reflections about their societies and how the human being was inserted in this context. In this perspective, the goal of this work is to demonstrate how the manipulation of memory and language reflects the contrasts between English and American dystopia in the works mentioned above and how the authors presented their critics to their societies. The discussions have presented theoretical support on the studies of Jacques Le Goff (1990), Maurice Halbwachs (2006) and Paul Ricouer (2008), which have highlighted aspects of memory and language that are common to both works, but were approached differently by their authors. This is justified by the fact that they belonged to different societies and the historical ideological context of post world wars in England and the United States was a determining factor to the emersion of dystopian literature and technological society even if differently in each country. This study also presents an overview on the science fiction, emphasizing the most representative moments of this literary strand in which the novels that make up the corpus of this work are inserted.Item A ficção erótica de Márcia denser: afirmação identitária da mulher em diana caçadora(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-01-30) Silva, Daiane Alves da; Borges, Luciana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2021968844060161; Borges, Luciana; Cavalcante, Maria Imaculada; Pereira, Kênia Maria de AlmeidaEroticism is a variation of human sexual activity that goes beyond the penetration. It binds to sexuality and human sexual practices, in this sense, it is related to the privacy of the human being, besides being a conscious practice of the imagination and of the human desire. Eroticism is one of the features that differ animal and human. So, in eroticism, there is the awakening of desire, constructed from the subtlety of the bodies presentation, allowing arise, at that moment, interest in pleasure. Under the vision of eroticism, we will analyze the work Diana Hunter, written by Marcia Denser, in which the main character is a woman who experiences sexual adventures, since the focus is to give and receive sexual pleasure. In this work, the central subject is sexuality and female identity, which are addressed through heterosexualmeetings of pure eroticism. Therefore, the eroticism is essential to the reflection on Denser´s narrative and is necessary to understand how it is used by the author to think how the phallocentric ideal interfere in female sexual desire and how Denser uses sexuality and desire as a female liberating, besides dicussing an ideology that pleasure is restricted to men, since, by social conventions, the male figure is linked to the representation of power and dominance and female figure is related to the inferiority, devoted to women. Thus, the erotic language is a facet used by the writer to propose changes in the woman´s posture in the midst of a prejudiced society. We will analyze, from concepts of eroticism, the relations built up between this and the assertation of identity of the women in the narrative, because it is through erotic aesthetic that Marcia Denser introduces a discourse of identity assertation in which the expressions of the body, of the sexuality and of the female desire are addressed. The theoretical framework is basea on the concepts of: Octavio Paz (1994), Jesus Antônio Durigan (1986), Lúcia Castelo Branco (2004), Michel Foucault (1982; 2001), Georges Bataille (1987), Sarane Alexandrian (1993), Anthony Giddens (1993), Glaydson Silva (2003), Mary Del Priore (2011), Marina Colassanti (1997), Simonde de Beauvoir (1967), Miclelle Perrot (2003), Stuart Hall (2006)among others.
