Abstract

This study aims to present an analysis of School Inclusion Policies in the Minas Gerais State Network in the city of Uberlândia from the point of view of AEE/SRM teachers. The National Education Plan proposes the need to carry out studies and monitor the goals of educational policies, therefore, this research proposes to know: What is the view of AEE/SRM teachers regarding Public School Inclusion Policies, experienced in practice in network schools? Aiming to analyze the context of practice from the perspectives of AEE/SRM teachers. This is a study with a qualitative and quantitative approach, with bibliographical survey and documentary analysis and constitutes a useful analytical framework for the analysis of educational programs and policies that involve AEE/SRM teachers from institutions in the Uberlândia State Network. In data collection, we used the questionnaire prepared by the Research Group on Human Resources Training and Teaching (GP-FOREESP) at UFSCAR (Federal University of São Carlos). The questionnaire was sent to all schools that have SRM, totaling 17 schools, but we received feedback from 12 schools, and out of 22 SRM teachers, only 13 responded to the questionnaire. The data was organized into graphs and the research results were evaluated using policy indicators. Despite the difficulties encountered along the way, we obtained results that pointed to the need for a study of the working conditions of AEE teachers, as well as the essential issues of continuing teacher training policies. revealed the importance of listening to and valuing the voices of professionals who are on the front line of implementing these policies. Their experiences, challenges and aspirations are necessary to guide the development and improvement of inclusion policies, ensuring that they are aligned with the needs and realities of schools and local communities.
