Abstract

This paper presents the most important issues of Financial Mathematics for students of professional courses, mid-level technical training, target of this proposal. What is intended here was to approach these issues in a more accessible language to the audience, since most of them came into contact with the Financial Mathematics just to join a professional course of technical training and others who came from disastrous experiences with mathematics. Language is not full of technical terms and is brought closer to the daily lives of students. The formulas start from ideas present problems-situations and will develop to take the algebraic form itself. The content is presented in a different order from many textbooks available in the market, but with the intention that learning is done spiral form, that is, the contents are reproduced from time to time and that the structure of a content serve as basis for construction of the following content.
