| dc.description.abstract | The present study aimed to promote a reflection about a theory that would make it possible to develop analyzes of the functionality of the prison systems so that a theoretical model capable of understanding what these systems would be chiseled and interventions and adjustments of varying sizes could be carried out, proposing measures capable of rendering the most diverse activities carried out within the penitentiary system more effective. The final objective was the verification of the possible applicability and appropriateness of the behaviourist theory of behavioral analysis developed by WATSON and disseminated by SKINNER, as well as the concept of a socially specialized social system of the law advocated by AGUIAR in organizations that have a social group of limited and closed context, as is the case of prisons and, in particular, prisons covered by the Goian prison system. In the course of the development of the studies, we examined the most diverse organizational forms and structures with their respective functionalities, promoted na analysis of the behaviourist theory of the behavioral analysis, comparing it with the theory of the behavioral analysis of the right, of the current situation of the Brazilian prison system and its functionality in accordance with the Law on Criminal Executions, and then the organizational structure of the Goian penitentiary system was described, adding historical events and statistical data, and in the end it was verified the existence of a theoretical model of pragmatic vision that allows to observe the prison units as units of analysis, with the application of the concept of institutional organizations to the referred system and with the adaptation of behavioral theory of the behavioral analysis to the prisons of Goiás as functionally specialized social systems that have social groups of deleted and closed. | eng |
| dc.description.resumo | Com o presente estudo pretendeu-se promover uma reflexão acerca de uma teoria que tornasse possível o desenvolvimento de análises sobre a funcionalidade dos sistemas prisionais para que, a partir daí, fosse cinzelado um modelo teórico capaz de compreender o que seriam esses sistemas e de que modo poder-se-ia realizar- se intervenções e ajustes de amplitudes variadas, propondo-se medidas capazes de tornar mais eficazes as mais diversas atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do sistema penitenciário. Teve-se como objetivo final averificação da possível aplicabilidade e adequabilidade da teoria behaviorista da análise comportamental desenvolvida por WATSON e difundida por SKINNER, bem como, do conceito de sistema social funcionalmente especializado do direito defendido por AGUIAR, em organizações que possuem um grupo social de contexto delimitado e fechado, como é o caso dos presídios e, em especial, dos presídios abarcados pelo sistema prisional goiano. No decorrer do desenvolvimento dos estudos, examinou-se as mais diversas formas e estruturas organizacionais com suas respectivas funcionalidades, promoveu-se uma análise da teoria behaviorista da análise comportamental cotejando-a com a teoria da análise comportamental do direito, fez-se um apanhado da situação atual do sistema prisional brasileiro e sua funcionalidade em consonância com a Lei de Execuções Penais e, em seguida, descreveu-se a estrutura organizacional do sistema penitenciário goiano, adicionando-se eventos históricos e dados estatísticos, sendo que ao final verificou-se a existência de um modelo teórico de visão pragmática que permite observar as unidades prisionais enquanto unidades de análise, com a aplicação do conceito de organizações institucionais ao referido sistema e com a adequação da teoria behaviorista da análise comportamental aos presídios de Goiás enquanto sistemas sociais funcionalmente especializados que possuem grupos sociais delimitados e fechados. | eng |
