Ensino de trigonometria através do braço articulado

Abstract

For a long time, teaching has been questioned about the contextualization (by problem- situations) and applications of the contents of mathematics taught. This project aims to offer a proposal for a didactic sequence for teaching trigonometry using an articulated arm through an instructional/constructionist conception. A proposal at least different, that reconciles the theoretical knowledge of trigonometry with its materialization (robotic arm). We propose that the student can not only understand the definitions solely through theoretical and expository ways, but also from concrete and palpable processes. For that, we will use only rulers, protractors and cardboard to produce a robotic arm.
