Responsabilidade social no judiciário goiano e seus reflexos institucionais

Abstract

It investigates the emergence of social responsibility within the judiciary highlighting the institutional reflexes that occurred before the Court of Justice of Goiás. Objective - To analyze the managerial, strategic and cultural changes that occurred in the Goiano Judiciary in search of facts that demonstrate new organizational postures related to social responsibility. Use of qualitative empirical method, with deductive and multidisciplinary approach in a single and longetudinal case study, covering the cultural historical period of the Judiciary during the creation of the National Council of Justice, evidencing this macro context in the State scenario of organizational structuring of the Court of Justice of Goiás, through documentary analysis of strategic management plans from 2005 to 2021, focusing on public policies and management actions adopted by the institution. Results – the first management plans invoke values such as "Humanize Justice" which evidenced the use of the Humanist School to build its initial structure meeting the criteria of the CNJ, material, technological investment and the expansion of its organization chart enabled the application of complex thought theory to strengthen important branches to institutional growth. The collection for productivity, the search for national prominence, together with the vision for sustainability and social role before the planet, frames the recent management proposals (2021) in the theory of enterpriseization that equates interests of the private corporate field to the public, except for the absence of market momentum. Conclusion – The data regale that the emergence of the CNJ, added to the sociocultural and political context of redemocratization allowed the Judiciary goiano to seek an efficient and unblemious identity, using strategic resources that would enable the break with colonelism and civilized scenarios of local corruption, making the search for ethics and access to justice enable an initially timid path that gained strength with the passage of time through actions and policies strengthening and bringing society closer. However, the lack of participatory management forecast to the serviceworkers and the little dialogue with the International Courts demonstrate important points to be strengthened in the future.
