Resumo
This research aimed at analysing the public tourism policies ocurred in the period from 1980 to 2019 in the municipality of Três Ranchos (GO). Considering the impoundment of Paranaíba river in 1981 to the implementation of the Hydroeletric Power Plant, it was born the Blue Lake. From there, contextualizes how the tourism has desenvolved in the location, its main aggravating factors, taking into account the place Três Ranchos, tourism planning and public policy. Then, seeks to identify how the publics policies at federal and state levels have influenced the dynamic of the Municipality, considering the spatial and socioeconomic dynamics ocurred in the period from 1980 to 2019. From the collected records, it is evident the annual events, the existing cuisine, summer houses tourists, water sports and the local infrastructure offered to tourism. Summing up the observations, existing problems and conflicts arise, related between communities, visitors, hydreletric and public power. As for the methodological aspects, the research was based on mechanisms used among theorical and documental realms, in order to build a municipal historic through holding consultations in dissertations and thesis, in addition to data collected by national and state agencies, institutions, secretaries and ministries, as well as secondary researches obtained by the Tourism Reservoir from the state of Goiás and the data collected in non-systematized field. The research conclusion fall on proposals of tourism to city, presenting the necessity of realization of a Municipal Tourism Plan which will guide municipal tourism policies, listing it a touristic municipal map containing the main attractions in the city just as services offered. Aldo presents a cultural tourism proposal end of attract new visitors, offering a new option of touristic segmentation. In front of all the situation searched in the period, it is necessary to rethink, but also to priorize and execute public policies in Tourism in Blue Lake City.
