Abstract

This research aims to analyze dissident sexualities and genders in History Teaching, thinking of the discipline as a space-time possible to articulate fundamental discussions for the fulfillment of Human Rights. The proposed study carries out a critical analysis of two thematic units, in the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC, in the ninth year of elementary school II. Based on the critical analysis of the BNCC thematic units, fundamental concepts such as dissident sexualities, gender identities and sexual orientations were worked on with a view to History Teaching (RÜSEN) in the construction of historical consciousness and the development of an anti-normative curriculum (NUNES, 2020). The analyzes carried out contributed to the construction of pedagogical support material in ebook format, in order to include dissident sexualities in History classes, considering the rights of the LGBTQIAPN+ community - Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transsexuals, Transvestites, Queer, Intersexuals, Asexuals, Pansexual, Non-Binary -. The final product consists of proposals for pedagogical workshops (BARCA, 2004) designed to be developed in the classroom as a tool to combat LGBTQIAPN+phobia.
