Resumo
Polluting substances posted in the ambient, without the proper treatment, cause seriously damage
to the ecosystems, mostly to the hydrous bodies. This type of pollution has origin, with highlight,
in the release of domestics sewages and not domestics at the sources without the proper treatment.
Consequently can happen health problems at the human population and in the others organisms of
this habitat. The Brazilian environmental law, that orders the dispersal of liquid effluents and
monitors the water quality of receiving bodies, is an essential instrument that delimits the strategies
pollution control. In this respect, serious cases of water pollution, amongst others way, in the world
motivated differents revitalizations programs and clean-up of hydric bodies. The environmental
impacts negatives relative that pollution, confirm the need to create standards, instruments of
control and incentives guided by technique for avoid such problems at theirs sources. So, emerged
in Brazil a body of laws, on the Federal, State and Municipal scopes, for the control and maintain
socio-environmental quality. The PREMEND, Receipt Program and Monitoring of Effluents No
Domestics, is a program that receives and monitors the effluent generated in establishment not
residential, implanted in the municipality of Uberlandia (MG) that has as goals reduce yours
pollutions loads. In this regard, this work searched evaluate the effectiveness of the PREMEND,
that try to avoid possible environmental impacts important noteworthy from the environmental
organs and their manages, through analysis from your comprehensiveness, also given to the need
of knowledge, whether the different productions in the same field of activity influence the polluant
load factor and make for reduction of environmental contamination in their differents ecossistems.
Sought an understanding of the methodology and delimitation of enterprises, among them a
Supermarket, a Bakery, a manufacture of salted and a diner. The text structure was organized into
sections, one of them being the result of the analyses of samples of effluent, which showed, in most
cases, values above the allowable limits, indicating the need for the restructuring of the Program.
