Resumo
This paper describes the need to identify, and mitigate or reduce risks that projects
of small, medium or large and may experience in their respective organizations. However,
to keep living in this turbulent scenario and capitalist is of extreme necessity, focus on
reducing the costs of poor quality and the total satisfaction of the customer. To accomplish
this task, the problems, the methodology can FMEA (Failure Mode and E ects Analysis)
to help reduce the cost of poor quality and how? As discussed methodology, research
characterizes as qualitative and quantitative as your approach, as its nature is an applied
research, as their goals are the same as exploratory and its procedures as literature and
case study, performed at the assembly automaker Alfa, located in Catalão / GO. However,
how the results were very satisfactory, because through the values found for the indicators
used for monitoring and control, it was possible to see that there was a signi cant nancial
reducing waste and inventory obsolescence so-called cost of poor quality , there was one
signi cant improvement in planning new products and processes (quality) arising from
the use of FMEA methodology.
