Abstract
This study has as object the reports of Supervised Internship I and II of the Administration course of a higher education institution in the State of Goiás produced between 2015 and 2020. Its main objective is to identify and analyze aspects of academic and professional development of the undergraduate student in Business Administration at Faculdade Central Cristalinense - FACEC, considering the experiences/narratives expressed in the internship reports. Its construction was guided by the following question: what can we show about the formation of the administrator from the narratives found in the internship reports? Constituting itself as a bibliographic and documentary study, a sample was selected that comprises 80 internship reports produced between 2015 and 2020, 50 of Supervised Internship I and 30 of Supervised Internship II. This study will be divided into three chapters. In the first chapter The Supervised Internship in Administration: guiding principles and the importance in the construction of the professional, the supervised internship in administration was presented as a fundamental component in the formation of the administrator, exposing the theories, approaches and movements with a view to deconstructing a merely marketing and bureaucratic vision. of the supervised internship. In the second chapter, The Internship Reports of the administration course as personal and professional narratives, we sought to understand how the internship reports I and II are prepared, and their potential to portray the experiences of undergraduates throughout this process. Finally, in the third chapter The narratives verbalized in the internship reports of the Administration Course, the narrative experiences of students documented in the reports were emphasized. It is noteworthy that, among the topics that make up the reports, the conclusion, this study focused only on the analysis of the conclusion, since this is the only session that presents personal opinions about the experimentation process. Based on the reading of the sources, it was possible to verify that the verbalized narratives reduce the internship to a mere process of satisfying the needs of the receiving company for the insertion of the student in the formal job market. In addition, the structure of the reports indicates a clear objective of fulfilling the bureaucratic requirements of the institution.
