Resumo
The work presented here aims to analyze a series of investigations on women, such as Law 11.340 / 06, known as the Maria da Penha Law. To this end, four processes were selected to guide work on three types of crime: (1) threat, (2) bodily injury and (3) femicide. We understand that domestic violence is a fruit of a patriarchal society that reproduces and perpetuates a socially social role for a woman and remains violent. As a result of measuring the effectiveness of the Law and its actions in society, an information material was prepared in a paste format with an accessible language as the final product of the course and the visa collaborated with an awareness of domestic violence.
