This is a descriptive study , whose data collection instrument used was the Brazilian Instrument for Assessing Organizational Culture - IBACO (Ferreira , Assmar , Stall , Helena and Swan , 2002) , applied to 493 employees of an organization in the sector of mining and manufacturing of fertilizers distributed in the states of Goiás, Minas Gerais and São Paulo. A quantitative approach was adopted with the use of the statistical software SPSS version 20 and the office Excel 2013, through a descriptive analysis and correlation. All seven factors of IBACO instrument were considered, including the 94 questions , three factors for the analysis of practices and four factors to analyze the values. As a result, the cultural map of this organization shows a strong tendency for the Internal Integration of Practice and despite all values being moderate , some issues regarding Professionalism Cooperative Value indicate a moderate value with strong features in the effective and skillful execution of tasks , showing a spirit of cooperation , skill, dedication, professionalism and capacity of initiative of employees, contributing to the achievement of the goals proposed and the welfare of the organization.
