As institutions, they are inserting entrepreneurial actions and promoters of new businesses, integrating vocational education with market demand. From this precept, a constructive project of teaching and learning, are based on methods of stimulating students to develop the critical sense, entrepreneurship and knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for today's market, obtaining the use of promote such active participation, in the certainty of a practical marketing insertion. In this context, there are also entrepreneurs who seek improvements and record as their companies, through technology transfer, the provision of technological services offered by ITEGOs and bus environments for generating new business. Thus, this objective research identifies and analyzes which transformations occur within the public policy of regional development - called ITEGO, which enables the training, transfer of knowledge and stimulation of innovative entrepreneurship among students and executives of the municipality of Catalão. No theoretical framework of concepts on entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, technological innovation and technology-based business incubator are presented. Through document analysis, graphics and plans were elaborated demonstrating the production and passing the social organizations to each regional. The medium of the analysis was identified as transformations / development that occurred in face of a regional ITEGO public policy in question.
