Many of the changes suggested within an institutional environment may suffer from certain resistances that can lead the process of change to failure, thus identifying points of coalition and means in which they help the development and realization of change becomes a fundamental point for analysis of the organizational environment And their iterations of space and time. In this way, this study initially presents concepts and perspectives of the terms Culture and Organizational Change, consolidating a fundamental basis for research development, focusing on the application and evaluation questionnaires in some teams within two organizational environments in order to observe the psychology and cultural style of a Leader in the work routines and during the implementation of the changes following the concept of Ouimet (2005). This study aimed to contribute to this validation taking into account the perception of the student and the teacher of an educational institution in the city of Anapolis, Goias, which applies the discipline of game companies like closing their MBAs. field research, exploratory and descriptive supported by primary sources of evidence was conducted. To analyze the students' perception of the value added by the use of the tools of game companies in the teaching-learning process and as a management tool were developed two forms of data collection: questionnaires and conducting focus group. And to analyze the perception of teachers an interview was developed in depth with the subject teacher and founder of the Software Business. The material content analysis resulted evidence and evidence that experiential activities in the gaming companies help the assimilation of knowledge oportunizados the course, through active participation. In the perception of the student, the company's game is recognized as good and / or very good methodology. Already as a management tool, the students realize that the benefits achieved through the knowledge, skills and behaviors developed in the game are very high. On the other hand, note that the Public Administration has invested in new practices that private companies has been used for long time for to improve services. One of these new practices widely used in manufacturing are the principles of Lean Production which aims to reduce and even eliminate waste that do not add value to the final product/service. In this context, the main objective of this research was to analyze the bidding process materials in the Regional Catalão, University Federal of Goiás with a focus on Value Stream Mapping tool of Lean Production and propose actions to increase their efficiency. The methodology used was action research, these strategies are to solve problems and / or to generate transformation. The results show that a benefit was obtained from the new procedures or actions such as training of personnel involved in the purchasing process 2012 to 2014 (considering the period from January to September each year), a reduction of about 16 % of cases returned for rectification; 5% for the canceled claims and 32.5% (from 40 to 27 days) in a request processing time in the external case. A simple estimate suggests that if all the actions proposed in this paper are applied one would expect a reduction of approximately 56.7% (from 231 to 99.25 days) in processing applications for processes carried out to bid and 56.8% (169 to 72.5 days) for processes performed by direct purchase (no bidding).Item Motivação e satisfação no trabalho dos servidores técnicos administrativos em educação(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2015-01-19) Barros, Fernanda Costa; Silva, André Vasconcelos da; Silva, André Vasconcelos da; Ba, Serigne Ababacar Cisse; Bueno, Marcos; Nalini, Lauro Eugênio GuimarãesThe world of labor has changed dramatically over the past decades due to globalization, technological development and the mechanization of activities and for this, the organizations seek alternatives to become more competitive. The search for a better performance in organizations is closely linked to the behavior of workers. Among the factors that influence the workers behavior, there is the motivation and job satisfaction. In this context, this study has the purpose of measure the motivation and satisfaction of administrative staff servers assets of Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES) in the State of Goiás, with reference to the Expectancy Theory Vroom for the first construct and the Theory of Locke on job satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 239 administrative staff of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Goiás, Federal Institute Goiano and the Federal University of Goiás. In relation to the methodological procedures, this is a quantitative and descriptive research, using technical approach as the case study. Data collection was performed using the questionnaire on the server profile, the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire ( S20/23) and the Work Motivation and Meaning Inventory (IMST). The data obtained from the use of questionnaires were analyzed and processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), from the calculations of average and standard deviations for each dimension of the instruments related to motivation (expectancy and instrumentality) and satisfaction (physical environment, hierarchical relations and work intrinsic) and the percentage distribution between classes scores. The results revealed by the survey showed high levels of motivation and satisfaction among technical institutions, however there has been a significant difference between the motivational force of technicians from the Federal Institute Goiano and other institutions.Item Qualidade de vida no trabalho dos servidores administrativos de uma instituição federal de ensino superior(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2014-12-08) Bernardo, Karine Marques; Evangelista, Renata Alessandra; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6717723156294875; Evangelista, Renata Alessandra; Rocha, Fernanda Ludmilla Rossi; Ba, Serigne Ababacar Cisse; Souza, Juliana Martins deWhereas the work has occupied more time in people's lives and the prospect that the conflicts and diseases may result from work activity in this context, research related to Quality of Life at Work (QLW) are becoming important in organizational studies . Using an identification model of Quality of Life at Work levels, already validated - Walton model - this study aimed to evaluate the QLW administrative employees of a Federal Institution of Higher Education (IFES). Similarly, we attempted to verify the perception of servers compared to the set of attributes associated with satisfaction with the conditions offered by the organization to perform its functions, and identify the perception of administrative staff regarding the actions of the institution in respect to: working conditions, work organization, Social Integration, Participation, Health, Compensation, Communication and Organization Image. Therefore, we carried out a descriptive and mixed study with a qualitative and quantitative approach, through online questionnaire based in Walton model, adapted and validated by Frossard (2009) with simple causal probability sample consisting of 76 administrative staff in several areas and four (4) managers from different administrative sectors of IFES, including Direction and Coordination courses, which took place with interviews with semi-structured, enabling discussion of the possible forms of assistance and analysis of the conditions and intentions in QLW shares organization. The results revealed that, in general, the QLW level of administrative staff, based on the model used, has diversified aspects. We have found relevant and positive satisfaction ratings, such as autonomy, security, infrastructure and interpersonal relationships. However, indicators such as health, compensation, communication and organizational image directly revealed considerable dissatisfaction index, indicating the need for greater attention and investment.Item A representação social da docência: um estudo multicasos com docentes estrangeiros atuantes em IEs públicas e privadas no Triângulo Mineiro e Sudeste Goiano(Universidade Federal de Goiás, 2016-09-20) Camargo, Cristiano; Ba, Serigne Ababacar Cisse; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7617200111865915; Silva, André Vasconcelos; Araújo, Rogério Bianchi deThis work, a kind of multicases study aimed to learn how foreign teachers working in public and private universities in Triângulo Mineiro and Sudeste Goiano are represented by the teaching and the profession is for them. The study is justified by the fact that it can expose how foreign teachers face the teaching of own challenges today, in addition to cultural and linguistic differences, however, in the face of these situations remains If the activity. Although considerable foreign number in Brazilian university teaching, systematic studies on the working reality of these professionals are scarce. Therefore, to understand the univers e of these teachers, the research was based on the Theory of Social Representations to subsidize what are the representation of the profession and elements that lead these individuals to identify themselves in teaching. In this sense, as a methodological resource semistructured interviews were conducted with teachers where they sought cover different nationalities, genders and areas of knowledge. Through the telling of the stories of teachers analysis categories were established to allow the point of teaching representation elements. Regarding the history of teachers, most approaches that further study was one of the factors that brought them to Brazil due to agreements signed with other countries. As the choice for teaching, the reports emphasize that the school experience, the figure of a teacher and admiration for the activity were decisive for the professional option establishing one of the first factors of social representation. Regarding the effective integration in higher education, there are teachers who have exercised the activity in their respective countries still at graduation, while others did after coming to Brazil to complete the studies. As for the work in the public and private universities note the distinction between the accounts and the significant factor of teaching of social representation. For private institutions of teacher education is what gives it greater representation, especially the work in the classroom and the relationship it has with the students. As for the teachers of public universities credited to work in the teaching-research-extension and active participation in the university as a means to see represented. Also among them, we conclude, foreign teachers find themselves recognized in the profession, which becomes a form of socialization also the working environment in their public and private universities influences the representation that give the work and social responsibility they assume.
